Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or an item of the same value, send us an email at [email protected] and we will be in touch to provide next steps in sending your item back.
- Returns:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 – 5 business days.
Shipping
Once an order has been placed, please allow 3 – 7 business days from one of our designated shipping days for processing and delivery. Our designated shipping days are Monday’s and Friday’s. Please be advised that depending on the delivery location or things like severe weather, the time it may take for your delivery/exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Your personal data will be used to process your order, and support your overall experience throughout this website. Information such as first name, email, address, and so on, may be collected to best serve our customers and provide a high quality experience. We do not sell or trade any of our user data.
